Here we go with another weather update. Minnesota forecast for the next week is temperatures barely breaking zero. Someone remind me why I live here. Oh yeah, golfing in the summer in some of the best weather anywhere. To all my Berlin Brigade brothers and sisters, have a great day and GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!

I know what you mean ,thedoug, don’t live in Minnesota but northern Illinois, Rockford. Had plenty of snow but not as bad as some other places. Family friends and everything else is here so won’t be going anywhere. And yes GOD Bless America.

We are digging Denver and the Front Range out of 16 to 30 inches of wet snow. Luckily there was enough left over in the storm so we sent the rest of it to the Midwest. It could have been worse and in 1970 it stayed in Berlin till April.

Left Feb. 6th, 1969 from the 287th and not a flake of snow on the ground.

Larry: now I know why 69-70 was such a terrible winter. You left us to get two years worth of the white stuff!
