Just received my AOC license plate in Florida. To receive you must go to Motor Vehicle Department and present DD214 that shows you were awarded the AOC medal and be a resident of Florida. It took me 6 weeks to receive. Gov DeSantis approved this issuance in May 2022 after overwhelming passing both House and Senate with one nay. I won’t disclose that persons name but he was a Veteran.
