If you served with the U.S. Armed Forces in Berlin from 1945 till 1994, your experience, viewpoints, and stories are valuable. BUSMVA seeks to preserve that information and the effort you made in keeping Berlin – the undeniable focal point of the Cold War – and the rest of Western Democracy free. Our group is finite, meaning our total membership is limited. That’s why YOU are valuable. If your Berlin service was during those dates and you were honorably discharged, here’s what you should do:
Fill out the online application below. You will receive an email from the system. If you do not have an email address, contact the Membership Director – address is
below.
You must sign the email. Your signature attests to your confirmation that you were assigned to U.S. Forces and stationed in Berlin from 1945-1994. If possible, submit a copy of your DD214 (redact out your social security number).
Mail in your signed email application with DD214 (if available) and your check for $25 (payable to BUSMVA) to the address below.
